We have been going here for years it is always fresh and the staff is friendly I would highly recommend it!

Just know that they tend to get busy and the regulars know just generally when the right time is to go! Since COVID they have added some outdoor seating and have put into place a way to pick up and a great way of ordering of eating in

I would highly suggest them if you are seeking good food

Indeed busy for a Friday night! But we'll organized for dinning in or take out. They are allowing seating indoors, which was a pleasure to experience. It was a bit of a lengthy wait for our rolls , but was unexpectedly compensated by the owner with a free appetizer. The service through the whole dine in experience was nice. We had their peach mojitos. Didn't taste much like a cocktail, more like a seltzer peach flavored water. Was.a little on the expensive side (the I scream roll) but taste wise , well made.
I've been here a few times when they had outdoor seating. An area close to home to enjoy when looking for sushi.

I was visiting from out of town and shopping at Lincoln Center, and ShoMi was a perfect place for takeout for lunch! My kids loved the sushi and ramen as well. It was busy but we received our order right at the estimated time. Prices were reasonable as well.

To find a Japanese restaurant in this neck of woods is a divine experience. They are constantly good in every aspect, each item you order is simply inspired in its preparation & taste; colorful, tasty & filling from the noodles to the sushi it's the kind of place you keep going back to. The service? Highly efficient & commendable. I give them 10 out of 10 Stars!
